SHIPPING POLICY

All order are shipped standard ground delivery through USPS. Please allow 5-7 business days for the receipt of your orders. Please make sure you input the correct address when order. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages. If there are are specific instructions for delivery , please notate in the note section when ordering. 

 

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. Refunds will only be given in the event that products were damaged during shipping or defective in any manner. If you receive a damaged product, email a picture of damage product along with packing receipt within the first 48 hours of receipt to customerservice@wink4melshes.com. If we replace a defective or damaged product it will only be issued in the form of a store credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
